Hi! I'm Jaye

Becoming a Stylist and Salon owner has been my dream since I was 5 years old. Everything about this industry excites me. A native to the Eastern Shore, I left in 2001 to attend Cosmetology school and a year later started my career as a Stylist in Ocean City MD. While it was a great experience I missed home so I came back and landed myself working in Chestertown for Brian and Gunther at their Salon, Har Spas. Working with them was truly one of the best experiences of my life. In 2009 I decided it was time to go out on my own and that is when Flow Salon was born. 3 fast years later we outgrew our space and made the move to our current location doubling in size and adding Spa services which is how we became Flow Salonspa. 

When a client sits in my chair, to me it's almost like being behind a pottery wheel. Each guest is truly a work of art. I love creating beautiful color and customized cuts paying special attention to detail. Staying on top of my craft is important because it keeps me inspired and current. I have taken countless advanced education classes and continue to do so any chance I can get. Giving my guests' that color or cut that compliments and enhances their natural beauty, making them feel radiant and confident is always my goal! 

I am married to my amazing and supportive husband Marshall and we share the sweetest girl named Neve who owns my heart. When I am not at Flow you can find me on the water or home cooking food, enjoying music, and spending time with my family and our Boston Terrier Henry.
